Paris

La Réserve Paris is a hotel and spa at 42 Avenue Gabriel, a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées, with views towards the Eiffel Tower, the Pantheon, the Grand Palais and the Concorde obelisk. It is part of La Réserve Hotels, a small collection with addresses in Paris, Ramatuelle, Geneva and Zurich, and it reflects the style of Michel Reybier's establishments. La Liste put La Réserve first on its 2025 list of the ten best hotels in the world, with Cheval Blanc as the other Paris hotel on that list. La Liste's founder Philippe Faure said the chosen hotels "truly represent the pinnacle of global hospitality". The hotel sets out to feel like a private urban mansion rather than a classic palace hotel. Guests are welcomed in the Louis XV Salon instead of at a reception desk, and the house has more suites than rooms, a library for guests and their friends, a smoking lounge and a 16-metre indoor pool. Nearby, La Réserve Paris Apartments on Place du Trocadéro offer residences of 140 to 300 square metres with a butler, concierge and housekeeper.
